Why Tideknot

What makes the difference

Small group learning

Sessions are kept deliberately small so every participant can engage meaningfully and ask questions without hesitation.

Context-first curriculum

Content is grounded in Singapore's financial landscape — CPF, local tax structures, and the realities of life in this city-state.

No product agenda

Tideknot does not sell financial products. Our interest is in your financial understanding, not in directing you towards a particular instrument.

Progressive structure

Each programme builds naturally on the previous, so there is a clear learning path from first principles to long-term planning.

Realistic time investment

Sessions are designed around working professionals — structured, contained, and respectful of your schedule.

Personalised outcomes

Every programme concludes with materials specific to your situation — action plans, financial blueprints, or follow-up consultations depending on the tier.

Common Questions

Things people often ask

Do I need any prior financial knowledge to join?

The Financial Awareness Workshop requires no background at all. Applied Investment Thinking is suited to those who have a working grasp of personal budgeting. Lifetime Financial Architecture works best for people who are already managing some assets and thinking about the long term.

Are sessions conducted online or in person?

Sessions are held at our Springleaf Tower location in Singapore. For participants with scheduling constraints, please contact us to discuss arrangements. Private advisory meetings within the Lifetime programme can be scheduled flexibly.

What does the SGD 270 for the Workshop include?

The fee covers four 75-minute sessions, a full worksheet pack, a resource guide, and a personalised action plan prepared at the close of the programme. There are no additional charges for materials.

Does Tideknot provide financial advice or sell products?

No. Tideknot is an education provider, not a licensed financial adviser. We help participants build knowledge and frameworks — decisions about specific instruments, policies, or products remain entirely with you. We have no commercial relationships with any financial product providers.

How many participants are in each cohort?

We keep groups small — typically 8 to 12 participants per cohort. This allows for genuine discussion and makes it comfortable to ask questions that you might hesitate to raise in a larger setting.

When does the next intake begin?

New cohorts are scheduled on a rolling basis throughout the year. Once you reach out, we'll share upcoming dates and help you find a cohort that fits your schedule. Spots fill ahead of each intake, so earlier enquiries tend to give more flexibility.
