1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

• "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions together with any programme confirmation we provide.
• "Service" means the financial education programmes and related materials offered by Tideknot.
• "We / Us / Our" means Tideknot Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore.
• "You / User" means the individual accessing our website or participating in a Tideknot programme.
• "Content" means all materials, worksheets, exercises, and written or digital resources produced by Tideknot.
• "Website" means the site operated at tideknot.blog.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or submitting an enquiry or enrolment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in Singapore. Tideknot programmes are intended for adults only.

3. Description of Services

Tideknot offers structured financial education programmes delivered in Singapore. Current programmes include:

• Financial Awareness Workshop — a 4-week introductory programme (SGD 270)
• Applied Investment Thinking — an 8-week intermediate programme (SGD 920)
• Lifetime Financial Architecture — a 10-week comprehensive programme with private advisory sessions (SGD 2,350)

Programme content, structure, duration, and pricing are subject to change. Current details are always available on our website or by contacting us directly.

Tideknot is an education provider. We do not provide licensed financial advice, and nothing in our programmes constitutes financial advice under the Financial Advisers Act (Cap. 110) of Singapore.

4. Enrolment and Payment

Enrolment in a programme is confirmed upon receipt of the applicable programme fee. Payment methods and instructions are provided during the enrolment confirmation process and are not processed through our website.

Fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include GST where applicable. A receipt will be provided upon payment.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances change. Our refund policy for programmes is as follows:

• Cancellation more than 14 days before the first session: full refund of programme fee.
• Cancellation between 7 and 14 days before the first session: 50% refund.
• Cancellation fewer than 7 days before the first session, or after the programme begins: no refund.
• If Tideknot cancels or reschedules a cohort, a full refund will be offered or transfer to a future cohort arranged.

6. User Responsibilities

By using our website and participating in our programmes, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when completing enquiry or enrolment forms.
• Respect other programme participants and facilitators at all times.
• Not record, reproduce, or distribute any session content without prior written permission from Tideknot.
• Not use our website or services for any unlawful or disruptive purpose.
• Not share your programme materials (worksheets, workbooks) with individuals who have not enrolled in the relevant programme.

7. Intellectual Property

All content produced by Tideknot — including programme materials, worksheets, website text, and visual design — is the intellectual property of Tideknot Pte. Ltd. and is protected under Singapore's Copyright Act 2021.

Upon enrolment, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use programme materials for your own learning purposes. This licence does not permit commercial use, redistribution, or derivative works.

8. Educational Disclaimer

All content delivered through Tideknot programmes is for educational purposes only. Nothing in our materials constitutes personalised financial advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument, or a guarantee of any financial outcome.

Tideknot does not hold a financial adviser's licence and is not authorised to provide advice regulated under the Financial Advisers Act. Participants are encouraged to seek licensed professional advice before making financial decisions based on concepts learned in our programmes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Tideknot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your participation in our programmes or use of our website, including financial losses arising from decisions made after completing a programme.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the programme fee paid by you for the relevant programme.

10. Termination

Tideknot reserves the right to remove a participant from a programme, without refund, where that participant's conduct is disruptive, disrespectful, or in violation of these Terms.

You may withdraw from a programme at any time, subject to the refund policy set out in Section 5.

11. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be addressed through direct communication with Tideknot. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the matter may be referred to the Singapore Mediation Centre or, if necessary, the courts of Singapore.

12. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Tideknot concerning your use of our website and participation in our programmes.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or enrolment in a programme after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
