What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They are widely used to make sites work as expected, to remember your preferences, and to help website owners understand how their content is being used.
Cookies do not contain executable code and cannot access other files on your device. They can only be read by the site that created them (or a designated third party, where applicable).
Cookies We Use
Essential Cookies
These cookies are required for the site to function. They manage session state, remember your cookie preferences, and ensure the contact form submits correctly. They cannot be disabled.
Always active — required for core functionality
Analytics Cookies
These help us understand how visitors use our site — which pages are viewed most often, how long sessions last, and where visitors arrive from. Data is aggregated and anonymous. We use this to improve the site structure and content.
Example provider: Google Analytics (anonymised)
Marketing Cookies
These cookies record whether you have visited our site and what content you engaged with. They may be used to show you relevant content on other platforms. We keep marketing activity minimal and do not share data for advertising purposes beyond what we operate directly.
Preference Cookies
These remember choices you have made during your visit — such as language or display settings — so you do not need to set them again on your next visit.
Your cookie preferences have been saved.
Cookie Duration
Cookies on our site fall into two categories by lifespan:
- Session cookies: Exist only while your browser is open. Deleted automatically when you close the browser.
- Persistent cookies: Remain on your device for a set period. Our consent preference cookie persists for 12 months. Analytics cookies persist for up to 24 months, depending on the provider settings.
Third-Party Cookies
Where analytics cookies are enabled, data may be processed by Google Analytics. This operates under Google's privacy framework, and data is anonymised before transmission. We do not use third-party advertising cookies from social media platforms or external networks.

Your Rights
You have the right to withdraw or change your cookie consent at any time using the controls on this page. Withdrawing consent does not affect any processing that occurred before the withdrawal.
If you have questions about how we use cookies or wish to exercise rights under Singapore's PDPA, contact us at [email protected].
